Our policy

Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition
• Made-to-order pieces are final sale
• Sale items may be excluded from returns

How to return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
